They say building a home is one of the most stressful things you can undertake. That was absolutely not our experience with Nick, Kylie and Wairoa at Bosanac Builders. From start to finish, the process was flawless, and genuinely fun to boot. What could have been overwhelming was instead smooth, transparent, and exceptionally well managed. Hearing your builder constantly say onsite, even when out of earshot, “build it as if it is your own,” almost sounds too good to be true, but in our case, it was entirely genuine. That mindset was reflected in every decision and every detail of the finished home.

Nick, Kylie and the team were amazing. In our hour of need they provided us with the most beautiful bathroom. They were friendly, easy to deal with and treated our property with respect. Kylie is always enthusiastic, and Nick and the team professional. They did such a great job of our bathroom that we asked them to do our living and kitchen space. We love our house and cant thank them enough.

We are so pleased with our new home that Nick & his team have built us. They are a great crowd who take a lot of pride in their work and care about their clients. Absolutely stunning job done on our deck. Such a great company to deal with .. turned our dream into a reality. Created two levels so we could enjoy our view without need for obstructive deck railings etc. Listened to our ideas, made awesome suggestions, great communication, deck completed in great time with superb craftsmanship.
