We recently used Bracey Builders for our ensuite renovation & were delighted with the result. Dylan and all his sub trades were polite, punctual & completed their work to a high standard. Bracey Builders recently built a new a deck and garden area at our rental property, very pleased with the quality and the quick turnaround time to have it completed before Christmas, much to my tenants delight. I've used Dylan and the team at Bracey Builders multiple times in the last few years, both to build a large Kwila deck in our backyard and to handle the project management for our bathroom renovation. All of our jobs have been competitively priced and delivered to a high standard. Dylan is reliable and clearly takes pride in his craft. Bracey Builders just completed reinstating walls and floors of our basement damaged in the 2023 floods. Dylan was really easy to work with and understood the brief and executed it in a way that added value. Having a fixed price quote made it easier to manage the budget. At the same time, he was flexible when it came to making minor adjustments as the project progressed. Work was completed on time and with minimum hassle. Would highly recommend.
