This company undertook a 1 year reclad project and had a contract with my Body Corporate. On returning my unit to me I attempted to change a light bulb and was soaked by a large amount of water coming out of the light fitting!! I could have been electrocuted! They had allowed water to enter my unit when roof flashings were incorrectly installed and then after they were informed of this they carried out remedial work which failed on two separate occasions. Apparently the two owners pride themselves on their company's workmanship and reputation. I had to wait 3 months more than other owners to get my unit back.
