This company is beyond a joke. We waited over 8 months for them to return to finish off a fibre install. Countless excuses and beyond terrible communication. Never returning calls and continuous no-shows from contractors. All round just a crap experience, even a 1 star review is too high. Would definitely not recommend to deal with them.
Over two months of waiting for a fibre installation, 3 reschedules and incorrect information about needing to be home for 3 days in a row so time taken off work for no reason. No communication for the first reschedule, I had to call myself to see why it wasn't done, then was told they only have two workers. No confirmation calls as to workers showing up like email said. Workers were also late and did not inform me there were any problems while at property.
Excellent experience - flawless communication (max 2mins on hold when phoning) and always answered emails. Installers turned up exactly when arranged and received courtesy texts to confirm. Fibre installation is clean and installers tidied up well.
Terrible experience. Rude, lying, urinating in our garden, broken plants., installation done incorrectly, damaging our property due to carelessness with tools, They were unable to remedy there stuffups even after two chances to do so. Wish we had never decided to get our Fibre installation through them. Verbally passed on personal information to our neighbor just to top things off.
Had an appointment but half hour later still no one. Called and lady on the phone had a "its not my problem" attitude! An hour after the appointment they got to the property. When the technician arrived he actually was not the one appointed the job in the first place. I am a property manager and cant sit around waiting for an hour
