Clearwater has taken months to complete reinstatement work outside my property in Helensburgh Road following the relocation of a power pole. Three weeks ago, nearly two months after the reinstatement ought to have been done, 1 person turned up to dig a few shovel fulls insert some boxing, and pour a 40cm length of kerb. That took 3 days. This morning 3 vehicles and 8 workers turned up to place approximately 1m2 of black top. Neighbours laughed at 3 or the workers who stood around doing nothing but smoke cigarettes. Cones packed up, workers departed, job less than half done. They have to come back to complete the work that their employer has laid out for them twice but the lay out faded over time. If you want a job done in a timely manner do not hire Clearwater. God only knows what it is costing the assets owners!
