Richard is an exceptional builder from start to finish. He genuinely listened, understood my brief and my vision. He handled numerous design changes with flexibility and ease - nothing was ever too much trouble. Building on my parents property came with a number of complexities, including working with 120 year old trusses and navigating plans that didn’t always align. Richard took every challenge in his stride and made it work. Just to say I really didn’t make it easy, but he always did!!! Backed by his outstanding team, a shout out to Shane, Mason as well as Finn, they just didn’t build a house they realised my dream and built my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard (Clements building).
