Josh completed a number of jobs for us at a house we relocated supporting us to get Certificate of Compliance. Josh has great attention to detail, and delivered our decks and new ranchslider just in time for Christmas (worked well under pressure!). Josh is knowledgeable and experienced, a great tradesperson with good communication, understood our budget constraints and provided good advice to help us out. Recommend him, and would work with him again.

Josh was recommended by a friend back in 2021 to do a large renovation on my house, at the time builders were extremely hard to get so I made the call and thankfully he was available. Being pretty green around knowledge of demolishing & building Josh had the patience of a saint walking me through most facets of the plan and build, always polite, respectful, knowledgeable, guiding, with recommendations and options, we formed a great working relationship which in hind sight is fundamental to complete the task ahead. Attention to detail and innovation with doors and the verandah only adds to Josh credibility as a builder. While it was challenging the build was completed on a high note and I love my new space. So thank you Josh and the team, mostly Josh.

Cannot recommend Josh enough. We had a builders inspection carried out on a local property, from giving Coastal Construction a call he was at the house within a couple hours. The detail in the report produced was excellent, it's clear that Josh has very high standards in his trade. With all the stress that comes with buying a home, he made the inspection side of it a breeze.

Coastal Construction completed a building inspection for me for a house I was looking at purchasing. They were flexible with times and days to complete the inspection. It was fairly priced and completed in a timely manner. They were thorough in the report that was supplied after the inspection. And forthcoming with extra information, tips and remedies about areas of concern. Would happily use them again and recommend them others.

Did an electric trench to bring power to a pump and help me put back in place my new water tanks in Nuhaka. Excellent work, came on site on time and left everything tidy after the job. Highly recommended.
