Sam Coldicutt and Jeremy Blackman with apprentice Pete did a wonderful job on our 96 year old Railway Bungalow. They were ' punctual and the work was carried out to a high standard.

We had a couple of Titirangi stairs that were beyond the repair of a simple DIY. Jeremy quoted their replacement and he and his team commenced work, and during this process we also got a deck between the stairs rebuilt on a charge up basis. We are exceptionally happy with the final outcome, and the cost. The work carried out is incredible, bordering on OCD, our old rotten wobbly stairs have been replaced by works of art. Would definitely recommend Coldicutt Blackman.

Hired Coldicutt and Blackman to rebuild my rotten old deck. I fully recommend using Coldicutt and Blackman, we are super stoked with how the job was done and the finished result!! I’ve added pictures of the process from the old deck, through to the final result. They designed us a lovely deck that really utilises the space so well, talking us through the design and making sure it was fit for purpose (classic kiwi bbq and outdoor area). We are super stoked with the results and cannot wait to get good use of it in the summer! Whilst on the job, they discovered that the wood holding up our ranch slider was rotten, let us know about it and very quickly replaced it. Which was really appreciated, and didn’t distract too much from the project at hand. Jeremy and Sam are incredibly professional and respectful. Always tidying up the site at the end of the day. They have an incredible attention to detail! The ranchslider the deck backs onto has a cat door and we asked them if they could figure something out for her to get in and they did so every single day as they wrapped up. We really appreciated that as it was a little extra ask we had and just shows how they’re willing to go above and beyond! Jeremy and Sam work hard and fast but are still super friendly. They got the project done from start to finish in about 2 weeks and we could not be happier with the results! It was a pleasure to have them working on this project. For anyone looking for construction to be done, these guys are the best around, I highly recommend!!

I was impressed with the overall value offered by Coldicutt Blackman, Your Local Builder, they did a lovely job renovating my home, installing new foundations, new bathroom, roofing, liasing with all the other trades people and even doing the outside landscaping, paving and BBQ area. They offered great building services and were always happy to help! Ps they also love it when the client provides yummy things for smoko!!

Jeremy and Sam did an amazing job renovating our house. They were great communicators and answered all my silly questions in a way that made sense to me! They completed the work with really great attention to detail. I felt super comfortable having them in our home, and most importantly, the dogs also love them! Highly recommend them if you're looking for builders that are kind, respectful and really skilled. Honestly best builders I've worked with. Thank you guys!
