We did a major renovation of an old villa using Conceptual Construction (we replaced almost everything, including roof, electrics, plumbing, windows, subfloor, completed gutted inside and out). Norman and his team did a great job. As with any renovation there were some changes to design and requirements during the build - Norman was very helpful, and even mocked designs up in 3D to give us an idea, which was very helpful, and would have cost alot more time and money if we had to go back to the architect for that. We would totally recommend Conceptual Construction for any major renovation work.

Norm and his team are fantastic. We undertook a large renovation on a historic Villa and Norm helped make it an incredibly successful project. We used Geoff Richards architects. Norm and Geoff worked as great team. I understand that Norm originally comes from a cabinet making background and that showed through with his eye and skill for detail and finished product. He is also great at solving complicated problems in a practical and sensible way without impacting and often enhancing the finished look / product.
