Construct Interiors (Dedan Percy, former Director) should not be trading. It is constantly trying to trade itself out of debt. Bad project management, appalling accounting, no cashflow, non-responsiveness, often "'out of town" (spending other peoples money). Dedan/CI took our money and did not use it on our job. Many angry subcontractors on our job who have not been paid (some have taken matters into their own hands).

Bad cashflow. Didn't pick the phone. And didn't pay sub. Owed near 2 years.

They do not pay their subcontractors even after multiple promises and payment certs that they produce .They cant finish jobs on time. Their cashflow is obviously an issue - currently on the gazette with a subbie chasing them for outstanding debt.
