We would like to highly recommend using Construction Cost Consultants . We own a 3 level , 1905 Victorian Villa in Dunedin as an investment property and wanted a professional residential reinstatement estimate for insurance purposes to ensure that we were properly covered should a tragic event occur. Yes there are online tools that provide estimates but when it comes to investments of great importance we turned to a company we could trust and was highly recommended by our insurance brokers - we are so pleased we did - they are professional- prompt and efficient with a very detailed report that we forwarded to our insurance company knowing we now have peace of mind .
