CORDE - Head Office

Corde is currently competing some work outside our house. The trench they are working on is 5 m from our driveway and on the other side of the trench there is a 30m stretch with no driveways or access to property however Corde believe that it is acceptable to block our driveway during the day completely restricting our access during the day - this would be all well and good if they allowed parking within the 30m stretch on the other side but this is also not allowed. This results in me having to park down a side street and walk back to my home. This has gone on for two days. We originally tried to call them however they also do not appear to want to answer their phones. In addition to this they have placed metal trench covers over both sides of the street however failed to secure one side meaning the noise as cars pass over is beyond annoying. Deeply disappointed in the professionalism of this company and their thought process into how their work may affect residents

A very professional construction and maintenance services company. The best in the game. It's no surprise they recently won Contractor of the Year award for Canterbury.

Awesome service from the Water team in particular Ollie who went out of his way on a Saturday night to fix our lack of water. Above and beyond and very much appreciated. Thank you Corde.

Have the world's worst and slowest drivers. The type who drive at 48 in a 60 and do 95 in the right hand lane. So painful.

Not great drivers clearly, this guy ran a FULLY RED light right in front of us as we were turning at a green light then at the next lights forgot where he was going and cuts in front of an old lady to get into the turning lane. The guy looked stoned as, maybe a drug test would be a good idea for him??! Not a good look for the company at all.
