From the very beginning, he was friendly, approachable, and just someone we clicked with straight away. That connection made the whole journey not just smooth, but genuinely enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. Matthew was always available to answer questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and made us feel completely included in the process. It really felt like we were part of a team, not just clients. We also loved that we were allowed to visit the site and see our dream home come to life. We know a lot of builders don’t offer that kind of access, so it meant the world to us. We built our home in Milns Park with Core Homes. The process was easy as Matthew was friendly and always available to answer questions and work with us to get what we wanted. I am an Engineer and I wanted to involve in every bit of the process and that was no issue with Core Homes other builders may not allow that. I had access to the house throughout the build and did few things myself that flexibility was important for me. So if you want flexibility Core Homes is your answer. I was very happy with all subcontractors that do work with Core Homes, they were all responsive and work with you to achieve the results you want. The before and after sales services are good. Most builders ignore after sales services. If you want to build then you can't go wrong with Core Homes as Matthew and all his contractors will communicate clearly to you to ensure you are satisfied.

Matthew built a home for me in Halswell. I had never built before and came across him while checking out Show Homes. I ‘clicked’ with him straight away. He allowed me to build the house of my dreams, while channelling his expertise in home building. Every single step of the way I felt understood. So many people had told me that building was difficult and that you never get what you want etc. This was not my experience with Matthew. He communicated regularly. I was allowed on the property all the time (I’ve heard so many people say that they are not allowed in their own property with certain builders). He allowed changes throughout the building process. Nothing was a problem. Nothing. I often think that I would love to build again simply to have Matthew around. He knows his ‘stuff’’ and is happy to work with any other tradies. I was able to use my own electrical contractor and painter. Matthew inspired confidence. His integrity showed through the whole process. Thankyou Matthew!!
