From our first contact walking into the showroom to discuss a new kitchen to the measurements at home and the production of 3D drawings to engaging Creative Craftsmen to undertake the production of our kitchen it has been a very smooth process. The staff are all amazing. Helpful, friendly and professional. The product is of a high standard - it is faultless. We recommend them if you are looking for a great job.

We did get a workable kitchen, however with finish problems and design errors. Overhead cupboards were mounted too high despite my partner asking for them to be mounted low. They wanted $1000 to lower them, so I did it myself - 5 hours work. The Blum hinges were not finished with cover caps - which we bought ourselves and fitted. Undersink drawers - They built two drawers, the top one being completely displaced by the sink. The panel installed onsite to cover the unusable drawer cavity is poorly fitted. Cupboard doors were not properly adjusted after installation, so are uneven. Pantry drawer spacing is random. The microwave cavity is 60mm too shallow for the microwave and the fridge pokes out 120mm from the surrounding cupboards. We emailed our concerns and left a phone message but got no reply.

We have hired Creative Craftsman twice now for a kitchen addition and a bespoke shelving unit. Would thoroughly recommend them. They make you feel more like one of the family than a commercial customer, happy to spend the time batting ideas back and forth until you are happy with the design. Loved the results of both projects and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.
