David Wix Property Repairs & Maintenance

We recently used David to do some detailing in our kitchen. It required a high level of skill and attention to detail. We are very pleased with the outcome. David is very competent, reliable and courteous. We will be using his services again. Grant & Shirley

We have used David's services on several occasions for jobs we have been unable to do ourselves (painting, waterblasting, small carpentry jobs etc). We have found him to be very experienced in all facets of the building trade and very thorough and conscientious in all he does. He is also great at responding to messages and even more importantly, comes to do a job when he says! We would confidently recommend his workmanship in all he undertakes.

Had a couple of repair jobs done by David. One job was to replace a couple of broken weatherboards. Another builder told me the job was too hard - David looked at it and said it was a bit tricky, but anything can be done. He thinks outside the box, completes work to a high standard, is quick to complete, and very reasonably priced. And he is responds to comms quickly. Would definitely recommend him.

If you're looking for builder for large jobs, don't call David. However any small jobs you have, he will complete them to a high standard, in the time he said he would. I had him in to do several things around the house not once did he let me down and his charging was also quite reasonable.

David has done two jobs for me so far. Great communicator, experienced, skilled and reasonable. David is providing a niche offering of doing smaller jobs. It is often hard to find a skilled person that communicates well and follows through for these jobs. Highly recommend.
