The consultation with Kyle was very easy going. Alex did a fabulous tidy job with the installation of the two windows we upgraded. Anna & Jo in the office have been lovely to deal with. The windows have transformed our space and we are super stoked with the visible difference and the increased insulation. We have used DW again since our first review. The level of service was OUTSTANDING and there was meticulous work involved in upgrading our old louvers to the new Design Windows. The team worked to our bespoke brief, we required a window to provide privacy as well as letting light in. The results are just perfect. The room has been modernized, is notably warmer and quieter. The windows are easy to clean (housekeepers dream) and were installed at a very reasonable price. THANK YOU Design Windows!

We live in Christchurch but are building on the West Coast. We went into the Christchurch office to discuss our needs, and then the Greymouth branch put it into action. Excellent communication, great end product, including a bespoke window that took a few visits to sort, despite our build being 1.5 hours drive from the office. The builder said give them 5 stars, as owners we give them 5 stars. And a good price too. Thank you! Would definitely use again and recommend.
