Ross did an excellent job replacing old and crumbling grout in bathroom and kitchen tiles. As always Ross was very thorough, giving great attention to detail and kept me updated on progress all the way through. Highly recommend!

Bought a house in 2023 which needed renovation. Hired Ross and his knowledge and contacts were first class. Renovated kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry space, hiring competent electrician, plumber, etc. and enlisted the help of his wife to assist with advice on decor. Honest, pleasant, and very reasonable charging. Would recommend Ross, You can trust him.

We were referred to Ross by a close friend who was absolutely delighted with the design and construction work he had done for her. We had been struggling to resolve a leak in a large roof gable—an issue other builders could not identify and therefore declined to take on. Ross was the first builder to fully investigate the problem. He identified the likely cause, created a clear plan to resolve it, and kept us informed every step of the way. To say he did a great job doesn’t quite do it justice—his work far exceeded our expectations. Not only did he repair and upgrade this gable thoroughly, he also carried out maintenance of a smaller gable to improve its weather tightness. In the course of these repairs Ross noticed venting issues in our ceiling space that had been compromising our home’s efficiency and with our consent he addressed these too. Now all our vents, including our heat recovery system, are working as they should have been from the beginning. We are deeply grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail.
