We have sold a couple of properties (as real estate salespeople) that Brendon has worked on. Both of the properties had extensive works completed by Brendon and his team and were done with the most care and to an extremely high standard. This opinion was seconded by building inspectors, vendors (who hired Brendon) and by purchasers. It was so valuable for us to be able to contact Brendon during the sales processes if we or our buyers had any questions about the building aspects. Brendon was always happy to help, he even met a buyer at a property with me to explain, in detail, step by step, the process of his work. He is great at what he does and has the best contacts in the business. I have even just used a plumber that he recommends for my own home!
