From concept to completion our new home build with Emphasis was absolutely effortless. The every single member of team is friendly, approachable, accommodating and understanding but most importantly efficient and professional. We loved the process of building our own home and the team at Emphasis allowed us all the creativity and flexibility required to complete our vision. Our new home is flawless and event better that we could have imagined. Thanks to Emphasis, the process was so enjoyable we cant wait to build another one!

From the very beginning we found them very professional but at the same time friendly. They were very patient and ready to listen to all of our ideas and willing to go that extra mile to make things happen...Their communication is excellent and they were always ready to answer all of our questions. Emphasis Homes managed & co-ordinated our design process with their architect which was followed by the estimation process resulting into the signing of the final master build agreement. All of this was quite hassle free, transparent and super smooth. As a building company they don’t just read but also analyse the architect's drawings with a great deal of effort. This ensures they understand the intent and the vision that we had poured into designing our house... The master builder / project manager appointed for our house is very dedicated to his trade, friendly and easy to communicate with... Kate and I can safely conclude by saying that Emphasis build homes through their heart and not just their mind.

Emphasis Homes have just built us a beautiful new family home and we can't say too many positive things about the entire team. We would 100% recommend them and build with them again. In fact, we'd go so far as to say we may not have survived this whole build process without them!! :) :) Starting with the fantastic organisation in the office team, Tayla and Megan made sure that we knew exactly what each invoice was for, what had been spent, what deadlines were coming next. They were also able to answer many questions about products (choices, prices and alternative options), and provide solid and practical advice to help us manage our budget. Positive and so organised, they really helped us manage the heavy financial concerns that accompany any big house build. As for the building team led by Rob our project manager, Benny, Tuki, Jerry and the wider Emphasis team were just absolutely fantastic on site. They were so patient with all our questions and concerns, and included us in the process at every stage, solving problems on site every day. The whole team always took time to listen patiently to our concerns and questions, no problem was too small, and they always made sure that we got a result that we were happy about. The guys worked tirelessly for over a year on our site and produced a beautiful result. Truly skilled craftsmen, just a fantastic team to work with! A huge "thank you" Emphasis for all your hard work, we are so happy with the end result for our family.

As new builders in New Zealand, it was a big adjustment to get used to the building process. The team was great at guiding us through the journey and was always prepared to answer our questions and accommodate any changes we required. We absolutely love the house that they built for us.
