Great service from start to finish, we are really happy with our new kitchen.
We are very pleased with our new kitchen. The design process with Jane was straightforward and enjoyable. Although I wasn’t entirely happy with the first design, Jane was accommodating and made the necessary changes without any issue. The reason I am giving three stars is due to some concerns with the installation and delivery process. The person completing the final measure arrived nearly two hours late, explaining it was because they had overslept. While I am fortunate to have flexible work hours, not everyone would be in that position, and I found this quite unprofessional. Additionally, although we purchased our appliances through the company, there were delays with delivery. The oven was almost delayed, and the dishwasher arrived four days late. I understand storage limitations can cause challenges, but having to book a plumber twice resulted in additional costs, which was frustrating after making such a significant investment.
I recently had my kitchen renovated and couldn’t be happier with the results! The team’s years of experience were obvious from day one—they were knowledgeable, professional, and guided me through every step of the process. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the finished kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. Everything was completed on time, with great attention to detail and clear communication throughout. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen renovation.
We have always found Ezykitchens very easy to deal with very professional and helpful with decision making...the latest kitchen they produced for us looks like a million dollars and so value for money is key...Jane knows her kitchens and alwayys goes the extra mile for her clients
