Ferner Construction Ltd

We engaged Ferner Construction to build a replacement barn for us on our lifestyle block. We did not have any prepared designs but provided a brief to Nick which was that the new barn needed to be in keeping with the rustic nature of the previous barn and needed to have a good "street appeal" as we had a direct view of it from the living area of our house. Nick was great to deal with from the outset and between us we came up with a concept for the new barn. His team did a great job across all aspects of the project including organising the ground work, dealing with subcontractors, installing a water tank and fittings and providing a paint job to the barn at the end of the project. We are thrilled with how it has come up and the pic attached speaks for itself!

Huge thanks to Nick and the boys from Ferner Constructions! They did an awesome job removing our old door and installing a new set of custom-built bifolds (sourced from another company). Even though it was a small job, it was treated with the same level of care and detail as a big one — which really stood out. The team was super flexible throughout the process, easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a hassle. We especially loved how they repurposed the old door and gave it a second life in our new office such a clever touch. Quality workmanship from start to finish. Highly recommend!
