Fine Lines Construction

Fine Lines Construction has been renovating our home for the last couple of months, and we have been so impressed with Andy. He is an excellent builder and project manager, but beyond that he is just a great guy. Our house has been a tricky project and I'm sure frustrating at times, but Andy has always done the work with a smile. He asks our ideas and opinions, checks in to give us options, and is always friendly and cheerful. This phase of the project has finished, but we will absolutely have Andy back for the next phase when we are ready. His work and generosity of spirit are second to none. Thank you Andy, from all of us :)

We highly recommend Fine Lines Construction Ltd because they did a Stirling job on our house renovation. Andrew (The Director) was amazing, he listened to everything we said, and delivery in terms of the end product is 110%. He is an amazing project manager and is professional, kind, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. His crew (Lewis, Adrian) were absolutely amazing their craftsmanship is outstanding, they were also very respectful, hardworking and reliable. This was almost a rebuild and we are so happy to be living in our beautiful home. We will be calling on them to do another project for us soon. We have used Andy and the Team at Fine Lines Construction twice now. We first used them to demo and update 2 bathrooms for us. They did such a great job so we have just had them back to re build our deck. On both occasions, Andy helped us with design ideas, and kept us informed each step of the way. Both our projects were completed on time, on budget and the team were really easy to have working in our home. The small differences of having a team you can trust,who cleans up after themselves, arrives on time and delivers outstanding workmanship is not always easy to find but Andy and his team manage this. We would happily recommend Fine Lines to anyone needing construction work done.

I've recommended Fine Lines before and I'm doing it again now. Its Director Andrew and his team are conscientious, hard-working, punctual, exacting and trustworthy. The cherry on top of all that is a bloody good product; the garage reno they recently completed for me is exemplary. Andrew is that rare type in construction - he'll take your vague vision and turn it into a reality beyond expectation. In my case within a tight budget too. Couldn't ask for better.

Andrew Prendergast and his company, Fine Lines Construction Ltd, have undertaken various jobs at our Gulf Harbour Property. All of the work undertaken was performed on a timely basis and with great attention to detail, such that we were extremely happy with the end result.
