First Homes

We built our house with First Homes (completed 2022). The team did a fantastic job, were great to work with! Having our home built on the back-end of the covid restrictions wasn't always easy with all of the supply chain disruptions - but communication was spot on, they really did go above and beyond to help us get our home built! Would highly recommend anyone considering building a home to contact First Homes.

We are very pleased with the quality, value, and originality of our new build. We have lived in our house for nearly two years and it still looks and feels like the day we moved in. They were very easy to work with, with good communication throughout the build. They were able to offer a range of options for fixtures and if we wanted something particular that was outside of their normal supplier they were happy to accommodate. Doesn’t matter how simple, or lavish you want to go - they can do it.

What can I say? The photos speak for themselves! Jesse and the team at First Homes were lovely to work with and they listened to our needs - providing us with our dream home on a tight budget. We bought a section in Woodville and needed a transportable house that we could afford. Jesse and the team researched our specific section and developed a plan that would take advantage of the sun position making everything so light and airy. The process was smooth and seamless from the planning to the 8+ hour transport down here… we highly recommend First Homes!!

We used First Homes to build an investment property in 2021. First Homes gave us the personal touch with a family like feel and much better pricing than the larger franchise builders. We appreciated their effective communication which included an app that allowed us to track the progress of our build and see photos. They had a team of experienced builders which gave us full confidence throughout the entire process. We couldn't recommend First Homes highly enough!

After finding a special section we wanted to a build our first home that would work with the needs of our little family. The service Jesse, Julia and the wider First Homes team provided was amazing - they made the process so easy and enjoyable. We received a home that was completed on time, to our budget and of great quality. We love it and would use them again in a heartbeat.
