We have been dealing with Hamish MacDonald discussing designs and selections of their interesting homes, as we are in the early stages of procrastinating, deciding, comparing with other Companies. Fraemohs we have realised don't need to be compared with others, as clearly they represent high quality, good workmanship, and great customer service. We have been really impressed with not only the speed of reply to our questions, but their accurate, honest, non pressuring, helpful approach to us as potential clients. This goes a long way as peace of mind in the beginning, sets up a good foundation. Crucial to any build.

We own a Fraemohs home that was built in the 1970’s and extended in 1990’s. The property is well built and has stood the test of time. It still looks lovely, it’s warm and has required minimal maintenance. Highly recommend.

Our journey with Fraemohs started almost two years ago during our first open home tour in Christchurch. They won our hearts immediately with their warm and homey vibe rarely found in commercial builds. We were also lucky enough to meet Sean, who since then has been supporting us with the most heartwarming service we’ve ever expected to receive in property sales. After over a year of section hunting, we’re still securing ours due to my personal pickiness, but Sean has never shown a tiny bit of impatience or sloppiness throughout the whole time. He even supports us with extra steps for whatever tricky challenge I came up with. Seriously, can someone give this golden man a pay rise, a promotion, or both, please?😆

The Worst Worst Experience from Fraemohs Homes New Zealand. We are a middle-class family who keep saving and tried to buy a home in the era of Covid, We have decided to go with home & land project with Fraemohs Homes as its 40 year old reputed company, In a starting they were acting in manners, After I signed a contact, they just starting to show their original color. As everyone knows that prices for home n land was boomed in covid era so they just get bad feelings about it . As we have signed the contract so they do not do anything regarding the price as we signed a contract, they just charged us about $100k more from home construction and just let us know that all prices were hike, even they do not understand the feeling and situation of the customer and client. I personally tell to all that think hundred times before going with this builder  As they are here to just looting people by anyway. I am putting this review just after two years just because I suddenly get this bad dream story  last night about how they cheated me and thought that there are lots of people who suffer from this situation due to the SO CALLED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FRAEMOHS HOMES

Our experience with Fraemohs was brilliant. Their team in Christchurch guided us through the entire process and communication was great from the start. Our build was out of town so there were a few extra logistics to manage but the office team and project manager helped ensure the project came in on time and budget. We would have no reservations in recommending Fraemohs.
