This development consists of three high-quality homes—one standalone house and two townhouses—built to provide comfortable and functional housing for the community. After K10 Capital Limited acquired the land, I had the opportunity to connect them with Kāinga Ora, knowing they were seeking skilled developers committed to delivering quality public housing. This collaboration laid the foundation for an efficient and well-executed project. During construction, regular inspections and meetings ensured the homes were built to Kāinga Ora's high standards. A few variations and adjustments were made along the way to enhance functionality and livability. The landscaping followed the “Landscape Design Guide for State Housing,” resulting in a simple yet spacious garden and a well-designed driveway for easy vehicle movement and parking. Upon completion, Kāinga Ora conducted a final inspection and was extremely satisfied with the outcome—from the interior finishes to the exterior landscaping. A blessing ceremony was held, bringing together the local community to celebrate this milestone. What made this project truly remarkable was its smooth and efficient process—from design to key handover, it was completed in just a few months.
