Some anger-management & Public Relations training is needed by one of your STMS guys. (Tall, slim, short sandy coloured hair & beard, poss foreign accent). I had a traumatising experience a couple of weeks ago: Just as FH was closing a stretch of Pyes Pa Rd, i unknowingly pulled out of a driveway behind the attenuator team putting out cones. I had done nothing wrong, & couldn't have seen that the road had been closed behind me. Instead of letting me go (i was working too) i was made to crawl behind the attenuator for a couple of kms while the cones were laid out. This STMS was aggitated & was smashing things around. I had no clue what was going on. Finally at the end, as the cones tapered to a closed lane & i wondered what to do, the aggressive STMS finally let me go, but not before smashing a few more signs around in front of me. I opened my window to tell him i came from a driveway, but all he did was to repeat 'Just get on with your life'. I was quite upset by all this. A show of very poor professionalism, lack of empathy, & obvious anger issues. Truly bad behaviour.

Great staff, office has easy access and parking.

You’re supposed to drive within the white lines on the road, if you are outside of said lines, you might be driving on the other side of the road…

Very good company welcoming with plenty of experienced workers

Hi, I'm not sure who to contact though you can advise please via a response. One of your teams was in the last few weeks on Oteki Park Drive in Welcome Bay. I'm not sure why as there was no issue with the street before hand though they've chopped up the bottom half with 5 large patches. These have made the beforehand very tidy street into an eye sore, like Welcome Bay road. Really is a shame. Why did you do this? Who is responsible? Please respond with this information.
