We had a fantastic experience building with the GJ Gardner Franklin team. We spent a lot of time at the planning stage and it really paid off. The building went smoothly without any unexpected issues. Thank you for building our beautiful home!

We built out house with GJs a few years ago and had nothing but trouble with the landscaping side of things at first the were going to build a wonky fence leaving the backyard in an uneven mess which we had to pay an extra $6000 to correct then we got a pergola built by them and when requested it was on a slope so that the water would not come in between the house and the pergola this was not done but we were told the water would not come between and it does when contacted to fix we were advised that this would be at our own cost. During the pergola build the grass got absolutely torn to pieces which also cost a lot of money to fix my advise to anyone looking to build through Gjs is to not include absolutely any landscaping/fencing etc outside of the house build in your contract.

We recently built a house with GJ Gardner in Paerata Rise. The whole process was great, cannot recommend Grant and his team enough. The build process went so smoothly with lots of communication and help from Kelsey and Callum. Every Friday we could receive a weekly update with pictures and that was such a nice touch. The colour consultation was great and the advice given was really helpful. We have now moved in and love the house! It’s really well built and all the fittings and appliances are great. We couldn’t be happier!

We built our first home with GJ Gardner Franklin (Pukekohe) around two years ago, after the franchise came under new ownership, and our experience has been excellent from start to finish. The difference that the current owners, Grant & Anna, have made really shows. Customer service has been exceptional, and the aftercare has been top-notch. Even well after handover, we have always felt supported and well looked after, with any queries or follow-ups handled promptly and professionally. It’s rare to see such consistent care once the build is complete, but the team at GJ Gardner Pukekohe truly stand by their work and their clients. We are very happy with our home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch (especially under its current management). Highly recommended.
