Building a new home for the first time is both exciting and daunting. Tal McNabb has given us excellent service. He not only keeps regular contact and entertains the million questions we had but also actively sourced vacant lands and done feasibilities concepts. Tal is personable and really makes us feel valued as a customer.

We selected GJ Gardner Wellington to construct our home, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. The team at GJ Gardner skillfully brought our concepts and plans to fruition, utilising top-quality materials and craftsmanship. Despite the difficulties posed by the COVID-19 lockdown and inflation, they finished the project within the timeline and within our original budget, to our complete satisfaction. GJ Gardner's well-organised process and professional project management made the entire process a pleasure. We are extremely happy with our new home and feel fortunate to have worked with GJ Gardner. We would like to thank the franchise owners and project manager for their excellent work.

Really disappointed with our (short) interaction with GJ Gardner here. Twice we called to get some more info and to try to set up a meeting, twice we got told they would get back to us and they never did. They didn't seem interested in talking to us at all. In addition, one of the guys who was on the phone laughed at my partner's last name which seems incredibly immature.

We built our house with GJ. Amazing service, amazing new home, im in heaven! All the extras I wanted were no hassle at all! Highly recommended 👌 The communication was faultless, I felt like I was a part of the whole experience throughout the entire build! Thank you GJ for building our perfect forever home 🏡 ❤

Most unsatisfactory interaction we ever had with a business. Went to the showhome to discuss a potential build. Sales person told us he would send the plans for the proposed section through email. Didn't hear back from him, even after an email follow-up we sent. Two months later, I thought to give it another shot, no reply. Contacted the owner per email, no reply. Seriously? You can just tell us if you have enough projects on the books and don't want our business. We will certainly not come back and also advise anyone in our social circle to look for a different builder.
