2 nd build we had done first in 2019 was excellent experience under different manager And we had never built before . 2021 build with gj finished 2022 Worst experience have ever had . So many problems .such bad attitude Had so many bad trades but worst of all Was the manger .and the way we were treated The 1 Star is only because they completed The house .but not without a lot of stress After poorly fitted skylights that took close to 4 mnths to get sorted not without having to reject payment claim.bad brick work and other poor workmanship .so many thing had to get done twice a all round bad experience Would not recommend this Palmerston North franchise Letting down all the other ones out there That do treat there customer good

They will build your dream 🏡 house

Had issues right from the beginning, had signed the contract and paid the preliminary deposit, to them come back and say that the extras were not included even though it was written in the original contract. And then the price jumped by $50k. Finally came to an agreement only because they are the fastest around (only thing they're good at) during the build wanted us to pay more for things that was already included in the agreed price. Once they were paid up and the house was complete trying to get any advice or info is slim to none, they refer you to the book they give you. I don't recommend them at all unless you want a house built fast, if you do go with them do your research and get everything in writing
