From the outset, GJ Gardner were excellent to deal with. I was pretty indecisive and made heaps of changes, but they were always patient, easy to work with, and really accommodating. Neil, Manu, Craig, Carl, Fiona, and the rest of the team were great and kept things clear and straightforward throughout. They are probably a bit pricier than some competitors, but for me it was totally worth it for the peace of mind and the quality of the home. The after care has been awesome and they picked up and fixed things before I had even noticed them. Would definitely recommend.

GJ Gardner Christchurch South are the most trusted and reliable builders in the city. We had a great experience building the home with them. The team is highly experienced, we are extremely thankful to Kerrie for taking good care of us right from the day 1 till the very completion of the Project. Kerri customised the build plans just to suit our requirements, was readily available to answer all our queries even making time after-hours for the virtual Skype meetings and proposed great ideas on do quality interior designs at very reasonable prices. She is the trusted consultant with wealth of experience on managing the quality build projects. The site project was handled by Craig, we have since built great relationship with Craig and he is always available for advice to resolve any matters that are to be resolved as the part of the build. We would highly recommend Neil and team to take care of clients’ building needs, be it first home buyers or the experienced investors. The key points to note, the team is super prompt to during both the consent process and the build process, this could save clients’ thousands of dollars of interest costs. We very much appreciate their patience and flexibility on accomodating the updates to the plans and build requirements even when the build is well underway. As the result the end product is a quality premium build at very reasonable prices, happy to share some pictures. We had a wonderful building experience with GJ. From the beginning we were taken care of with the sales team who worked so hard to plan and create a family home within our budget. Moving onto the build our PM was nothing short of organised and communicated throughout the whole process. At handover they even thought of the small details like putting toilet paper in the toilets, soap and left spray and wipe and carpet stain remover. We won’t forget how they thought of the small things. We plan to be in our beautiful home for a long time but if we were to build again we will be going straight to GJ South. Thank you Neil and the team you guys are amazing!!
