He made everything easy to understand, was upfront and transparent, and really helped bring our ideas to life. Chelsea, the Contracts Manager, was amazing with all the finer details. She guided us through colour selections and finishes and truly went above and beyond — even sourcing a brick option for us that we absolutely fell in love with. Her attention to detail and support made the whole process feel exciting rather than overwhelming. Haylee, the administrator, was always so warm and welcoming every time we came into the office. Even on unexpected visits she was incredibly accommodating, which made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. Although Paul Anderson is the franchise owner, he was very hands‑on and involved throughout the build. Nothing was ever a problem, and it was clear that his priority was for us to be happy and to absolutely love our home — which we do. The entire team was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in our build. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GJ Gardner Homes Wairarapa to anyone looking to build.
