From the start, we were able to sit down with professionals who really listened. We explained our dream and they helped us understand the reality — with experience, honesty and great ideas we hadn’t even considered. That guidance was invaluable. Communication throughout the build was excellent. We always knew what was happening, what decisions were needed, and why. The people involved in our build were true master craftspeople and the end result has exceeded our expectations. We’ve built before and it was hard. In fact, the business supplying our resources last time went out of business just two months after we finished — so this time we knew the value of stability, experience and solid systems. Giving the whole process over to GJ Gardner Homes West Coast removed so much stress and we are over the moon with our home.
