Brett & his team managed an EQC, extension, renovation project for us, not a project for the faint hearted! it was on time and on budget! We are super happy with the craftsmanship & quality of the end product.

We recently had Gardiner Construction complete work on our new film / photography studio, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The team’s professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were next level. They delivered high-quality workmanship, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, and made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. Brett and his team helped us with a tricky renovation project for opening up our house to our backyard. Brett and his team took out a massive old chimney between our kitchen and living room, opening up the space and making it so much lighter and more usable. Everything ran to the timeline given and nothing was a problem. Brett co-ordinated all the moving parts to ensure a stress-free reno experiance. Would totally use and recommend again to anyone! It has been a couple of years since Gardiner Construction Ltd started our house reno and I wanted to finally do a proper review about it. After being in our house a lot over the time of the pandemic, we started thinking about what we wanted to change as we plan to be here for many years to come. We came up with the top priorities to add: -A functional open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with plenty of room to host people. -A second bathroom -An office space -Increased storage As soon as we met with Brett, we had a plan! We had a limited time frame and budget to stick to and the team did an amazing job of managing that. They truly are the friendliest bunch of builders and always happy to give us updates and answer our questions. We also had some big requests- to keep our existing kitchen (which was attached to the exterior wall being demolished) and keep our feijoa tree alive, which involved some creativity to move around it. They successfully did both! We have had so many comments from people who are impressed the kitchen stayed!! Brett also linked us up with some great suppliers to work with. One of my favourite things about our reno is the double glazed windows throughout, our ranchslider and our yellow front door from Raylight Aluminium Ltd. We really wanted to keep the look of a 1960s house but make it warmer and the windows have helped with this a lot! I highly recommend Brett and the team at Gardiner Construction
