General Construction completed a major renovation of our heritage bungalow, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The entire job was completed on time and on budget, which is apparently a rarity! Glenn has a wealth of knowledge and always gave us great advice when we needed it. Andrew was the head builder on site every day and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to lead the job. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none, and always left the site tidy at the end of the day. The other members of the team like Craig and Harry were also very hardworking and great at their jobs. We were initially a bit apprehensive about undertaking such a big reno (we moved out for 8 months) but Glenn and his team honestly made it a minimally stressful experience. He project managed everything, sorted the sub trades and if there was ever an issue, he was quick to come by and sort it out. We’re so happy to have picked them for the job and couldn’t recommend them more.

Glenn (builder and boss) and Craig (experienced builder) have been working on my 1960's house replacing rotten weatherboards and catching up with general maintenance. No job is too small or too difficult. Craig is amazing! He always turns up when he said he would, worked hard and unobtrusively, and left the place tidy at the end of the day. Glenn and Craig gave me great advise and even found some maintenance I had overlooked. The craftsmanship is excellent. I will definitely have them here again - in fact they are my streets preferred builders! They are reasonably priced and try to keep costs down. I highly recommend General Construction.
