I strongly recommend not getting Generation Homes to build your home in Wharenui Rise, Rotorua. I've had multiple issues with the build quality, same as others who used these guys for their house build. They have got multiple sections in Wharenui Rise that no one is buying. Ask yourself that question before committing to anything that involves these charlettons. Walls that are not plumb, crappy paint, back to wall toilets installed with the cistern tap visible, instead of hidden. Ask people that contracted these people to build their house, and you'll soon realize the trap you have avoided. Platinum Homes or Classic Builders is the best way to go. Hence why are selling heaps of house and land packages.
