We had Geoff and the team complete start to finish complex full renovation and addition on our family home. GDB were professional with an eye to detail from start to finish. Renovations can come with a different set of challenges to a new build. As the invariable unforeseen arose they came up with timely cost effective solutions, with there great communication being key. Definitely recommend Geoff and the boys.

Geoff and his team had done great renovation projects in my previous properties so when I decided to build, I asked him to take on the whole process. From checking out the section to helping out with the planning process, I knew I would get exactly what I wanted within my modest budget. He was open to my slightly out of the box ideas and had some great suggestions. Brady and Hayden were considerate as well as very skilled, they didn't mind my being on site most days to see the progress and were happy to talk me through the steps. The neighbours appreciated their considerate approach ( no swearing or loud music!). At the end , everything was left spotless and I had exactly what I asked for, high quality and excellent value. Geoff knows the industry inside out and is always on top of things, great at communication and keeping you informed. As a single woman, he gave me advice/support without "mansplaying"! Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is a great reflection of what a good independent builder can offer versus a franchisee. I enjoyed it so much I am now looking to find another section to build my next forever (and smaller) home with Geoff.

We admired the work of Geoff and his team when we viewed process on our neighbours house. Upon meeting Geoff, we decided not to g we quotes from anyone else as we felt so confident in his ability to deliver what we were asking for. Throughout the build, we had two fantastic builders- Lars and Adam- dedicated to our project with Geoff and his project manager Brady also in regular contact. Most people talk about building being stressful, but we loved the process with Geoff Davies Builders. We built our home with the idea it would be our forever home, but we enjoyed it so much we would love to build again with the same team )of the right land becomes available!). I highly recommend Geoff and his wonderful team.

Geoff, Brady and the team built our forever home, 5 minutes out of Whanganui. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional and kind. No issue was too much. They did a fantastic job and any small issue that I had, they quickly came and dealt with. I was never made to feel that anything was a hassle. The finish is to an incredible standard. Communication was clear and open and we always felt confident in what they were doing. We have absolutely no regrets with choosing Geoff Davies to build our home and would recommend them to anyone looking at building or renovating

We engaged Geof Davies & his team for our total bathroom renovation on our 1920s Bungalow. The builders turned up punctually & were fantastic..really nice guys & they did a great job. Geoff made things easy because we both do night shifts yet somehow the timing all flowed, they worked with us. We would recommend Geoff & his team because they are so professional, tidy & they show up when they say they will.
