Russell Drake is an excellent agent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Really understood what we were looking for in a home.

First time building with Golden homes, few issues at the start, but are on a roll , very happy with progress to date, once contract is completed will change to 5 stars :) Update. We are doing another build with them. Must be good right Second build going ok . Due to unforeseen conditions due to weather and covid. We are still 😊 with progress

Builders constantly park across neighbouring driveways and assume it's their right - rather than walk 100 yards. Be more thoughtful about others. It is illegal to park across driveways.

Worst experience. Colin was terrible. I had some things around the home that needed fixing and after a year, still had not been fixed. I wouldn't recommend them as builders, also for the price quality is poor.

After getting bent over by our first builder on stage one of our subdivision we shopped around the big boys to price up stage 2. GJ weren't interested in building a design that wasn't theirs and offered no other ideas. Signature were way too dear and we got a bad feeling from Jennian. Golden took our idea and offered a better one that knocked multiple hundreds of thousands off other quotes with a much more stylish design. They dealt with everything. All my partner had to do was pick the colours and give the kitchen a quick redesign. We could not be happier with the process and the finish. It is exceptional. Building a home is hard and stressful. GH were less than 5% off the original quoted price due to Geotech and that's not their fault. Dan and Martin are heroes to us. Thank you guys again .
