i would rather not give a star rating as its not worthy of one but you have to, to be able to post - i would NEVER EVER recommend these - unfortunately we built with them and they don't want to know anything about all the issues they leave you with - Internal Doors not closing properly, wardrobe doors all on the piss, showers leaking through the tiles and wetting master room carpet, - ring the owners many many times and they don't want to know you - email them and they say they cant help - Had to sort it all at our OWN expense - ABSOLUTELY USELESS - if anyone is thinking of using them please message me and i will show you what you get.

Be aware, they will not respond to your emails once they built your home. Worse after sales service. We built our home in 2023 and there are many thing they promissed to follow up which supposed to be done in amonth after the build, and some under warranty. However after multiple emails they still haven't done anything about it. let alone not responded to our emails. I guess becouse the franchise is sold the new owner don't care.
