Golden Homes Southern Lakes - Hanley's Showhome

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Golden Homes, and have done many times. I am a repeat customer with Ethan and the team and see no need to look anywhere else. I am always treated with respect, the pricing is good, the planning process is very good. If I have any queries Ethan is very responsive & proactive. The actual build process is seamless and the level of finish is very good. I love the fact that everything is transparent and I always know where things stand. 5 stars from me!

Bit expensive

We built with Ethan and the Golden Homes team in Shotover Country, and couldn't be happier with the result. Ethan worked with us on our ideas and within our budget, there were no surprises along the way. The build was quick, the finish great, and the follow up after we moved in to make sure we were all happy was really impressive.

Ethan and the team at Golden homes are fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact, I have several times and will continue to do so. The whole process is top notch with this team , they are industry savvy, easy to deal with , professional and deliver on all aspects in a timely manner. Their level of organisation makes the whole process stress free. Definitely a 5 star experience!
