Employed Greystone Builders to build a two storey minor dwelling. Koshiv followed the plans exactly and all inspections passed. He also did the steel formations for the footing and slab and it was tricky (over engineered) but Koshiv did exactly to the plans. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his workmanship, he built a magnificent structure that is solid and leak free and should last for 50+ years. Thank you Koshiv and team.

Going on a year now, I had one of the team members at Grey Stone Builders complete two quality decks less than a week. From the first point of contact, to the finish product was such a smooth process. Communication and craftsmanship is a solid 10! Do not hesitate doing business with this company. They are trustworthy and you will love the results! P.s we decided to stain the deck ourselves to allow time to weather, but he does offer this service if you inquire. To note: The deck is holding up very well, no cracks, creaks or any issues whatsoever! Thanks again!
