I had such a fabulous experience with Groundbase I had to make a review. What a professional team that just got on with doing the job. From the start of the process, the staff were professional and listened to us. They took the time to explain the process and answered all our questions clearly. The staff always arrived on time and were always friendly, cheerful and helpful; they worked around us as we had lots of other building work at our house simultaneously. The staff always left the property clean and tidy each night, which I appreciated. The staff were so friendly they even assisted me with heavy lifting on projects that they were not employed to do. My neighbour saw what a great job was done by Groundbase staff, and they contracted them to do work at their property, which was also done to the highest standard. I recommend Groundbase to anyone. Groundbase Solutions gets my vote of thanks for integrity and professionalism; I will use this company again. Lynda

Purchased some gloves online. After one week had to chase them up on having my order dispatched, in which they replied that they would be dispatched the next day. After two weeks waiting and still no confirmation/tracking email, I email them twice without any response. Parcel arrives a few days later and it's the complete wrong brand and size. Moral of the Story is not to move into a online shop if you can't run it properly.
