We’ve used Handyman Property Maintenance twice now when tidying up our rental after tenants have moved out. Andy is competent and efficient, has an eye for detail and always keen to help! We have been 100% satisfied with his abilities and service both times we’ve used him. We were preparing my Mum’s house for sale and wanted to tidy up her garden. From the moment I contacted Andrew via his website his communication was fantastic. Andrew came to view the property and talk about our requirements. We were extremely pleased with his work, his attention to detail is fantastic. He fixed the bolt on a side gate that was sticking, and we hadn't asked him to do it. He also noticed some growth in the guttering and took the initiative to clear it. A week or so later I contacted Andrew to do some water blasting. Again, he completed the job promptly and it looked great. Andrew is a very thorough and professional tradesman with high standards and very prompt and clear communication. We will be contacting Andrew for any future handyman jobs.

Really pleased with the work that Andrew has carried out for me. When he attended to view the job and prepare the quote, he was on time, friendly and thorough. Once I accepted the quote, he was able to book in the work quickly. Andrew arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. My fence and gate look great now and Andrew tidied up and left everything neat once he’d finished. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Andrew came into a tricky job in fixing holes in my gib. He immediately had the solution, booked me in quickly, arrived on time each time (it required 3 visits), left everything immaculately clean and the finished job looks amazing! He gave me advice on things to look out for when I repaint the whole area. He is such a friendly guy, everything is transparent and efficient. You're definitely in good hands with Andrew.
