I had a great experience with Harbinsons team, very progressional, responsive, clear communication, trustworthy and great service. Highly recommend to anyone who has been looking for a Property Management Agent.

Poor experience with Harbinsons Property Management. The bond refund was mishandled with incorrect deductions I had to challenge. The washing machine, already in the house when we moved in, broke down and they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility since it wasn’t on the tenancy agreement - we ended up having to dispose of it ourselves. Communication was slow and unhelpful throughout. Would not recommend.

Bad communication once we moved out. Quotes given were changed numerous times and didn’t feel like things were handled in good faith. Would not recommend.
