Built our beautiful Bach in Oakura late 2022. Superb customer service, great workmanship, fabulous outcome. Could not be more pleased with the result. Any issue with materials or query or suggested change, and Sam and the team were on to it. Highly recommend.

The worst customer service i’ve Ever had from the lady over the phone today she was rude and wasn’t ready to listen to me and kept saying what she wanted to. I respectfully asked her if she could quote me or someone else but she said all her managers are busy and I asked her I am not in a rush and happy to wait and in the meanwhile if I can just get a quote so I could get an idea of what am I looking to spend but she literally hung up on me and didn’t even bothered to listen to me. She sounds like she don’t care for the customers. Very bad experience I had, well I was looking to spend quite a good amount of money but unfortunately u missed that opportunity coz of bad service.
