Head office nice new building Got cafe down below. Parking is a bit tight. But other than it's very good.

The everyday workers are very capable and professional in their jobs but this company suffers from a bad case of creeping excessive management that foster an adversarial culture that is bullying and disloyal towards their workers in an attempt to prove their big wig status and justify their mostly inefficient paper pushing nonsense jobs. They say they are safety focused but they are always reactive and big on drama rather than proactive and helpful in achieving job outcomes and have much to improve on before they are to be considered a great company. They have much to learn from the companies in this sector that excel at being helpful and supportive while still getting jobs done on time and with industry leading safety producing efficient high quality construction works
