Hayes Masonry

Had a retaining wall at my residential property which needs to be demolished and rebuilt.The work went smooth and done on time and I paid the amount. Later realised when my property manager complained that there is a new wooden chip installed near the back door deck which prevents the opening of back door which wasn’t informed to me. 2 weeks later the neighbours complained that there is a pile of back fill with bricks left at their house side from retaining wall. When asked to clean , I was emailed asking for extra money to pay to clesn up the debris mess left by them in addition to $20,000 already paid. Then tried to contact twice and completely ignored the call and texts.
