We visited the house and loved it 😊. We are very keen to do business with them. The person who assisted us was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Heartland Homes

I would have been very keen to build with Heartland if I could have found a section in the area to build on when I was looking as I really liked their designs. I was impressed with the specification with all quality brands such as GIB, Pink Batts, Fisher and Paykel, etc.

Poor followup on enquiry. The promise was there but delivery wasn't. My first enquiry was at the show in Hamilton, I then pursued direct to your display office in Tirau Street but still nothing. Liked the look of the homes but I couldn't risk doing business like that

Had fantastic service and support from Heartland Homes right from our first enquiry through to our decision to build and on to completion of our fabulous home. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was great and after a dream run building was completed 2 months ahead of schedule. Their processes and standards result in high quality finishes and we highly recommend to others wanting a stress-free build process to build with this company.

We have recently retired to Coromandel & had selected Heartland Homes to build our retirement home by the Coastal pukepoto settlement . We chose the the 135 sqm " Pururi" alt. Andre, & the team at "Heartland" allowed us to change & amend the plans/dimensions according to our needs, (so pleased, as they then ended up tailored to our requirements) Eg. changed bathroom, ensuites kitchen, adding our own personal touches. They took care of everything else involved in our full build , planning , consent, yet allowed us contract our own kitchen, drainlaying, earthworks, concrete etc ( though this can be included in their build specs) The "Pururi" plan (alt) we chose has a mono style roof pitch, (other rooflines to choose from also) This allowed us a floor plan of approx 142 sqm with a larger Living room area, 3 large bedrooms a spacious master , ensuite & walk in robe , good sized laundry , kwila decks & landing, The entire budget was within our brief of $ 500k... (std Maple/Pururi (132) is now @ $440k. approx full build ? The build quality was great , also a myriad of different materials to choose from. The build process itself was efficient, time wise, even with winter rain delays etc, some small consent changes, we were well within the promised handover timeline. Big thanks to the team, Carey, Kane, Dan & of course Storm. Couldn't have asked for better! Too Easy. Yes sure there were hiccups , but as in all builds, nothing that could not be changed, fixed, or compromised with good communication & planning . Yes I would recommend Heartland Homes and yes, would also build with them again. Terry / Gail
