HelRimu are totally brilliant! They are totally professional, courteous and know exactly what they are doing. When installing our heatpump they led me through every step they would take, and made sure I knew exactly how to work it, and what to do if any safety issues arose. We were so impressed we upgraded our switch board as well for future upgrades to our power systems that we have just recently made. I totally recommend them!!! Callum and the team are fantastic at their job. On Christmas eve we needed urgent repair work after a disastrous power surge that causes a fire. They worked after hours and brought over a generator to save our Christmas lunch. We wouldn't go anywhere else as they always go above and beyond.

Left the house in an electrically unsafe condition after providing a COC stating all points were tested and safe. Sent an invoice with multiple wrong items that were not used on the job and had to be followed up multiple times to get the invoice fixed.
