These guys we have been waiting 3 and a half years for the road to be fixed but no go I've rang lots of times left messages and no return calls I've time frame to have road fixed but still nothing The road has done lots of damage to our place over the years Had Higgins out at the beginning to feel the house shake and the banging of trucks as they go over the hump in the road not happy ardie Drummond

This morning driving along the Matata straight, I think it was a sub contractor, I missed the first word on their logo but saw their last name, Thompson. What an awesome couple of TCs, who made our day with the great smiles and pukana they gave the driver going through their TMP they look like they really love their job. Wouldnt waste your time with Higgins owned by Fletcher - They Cant do thier Job properly 3 times for one job

Advised that rubbish was accumulating roadside near Rotorua some time ago and it was cleared quickly. Phoned again last week as more has appeared but so far no (19 Feb.) action to clear. Update - rubbish now collected. Thanks Higgins

Requested a quote to seal our 100+ metre long driveway. Guy turned up to measure pretty promptly (within a week) and has been awesome to deal with. 3 weeks down the track despite several requests made to the office by the measuring guy and myself via email, no quote has been received. Edit: Quote finally received shortly after posting this review
