i-Renovate came highly recommended to me. Andrew Williment and his team of professional builders, electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc. renovated our two bathrooms to an impeccable standard. As Project Manager, Andy is very hands-on (on-site most days) and responsive so any issue was resolved promptly, no matter how small, such was his attention to detail. I Renovate was recommended to me by the Kitchen Studio owner who had done a wonderful job on our kitchen previously. From beginning to end of the bathroom and ensuite renovations Andy and his team were faultless. Seamless delivery of each stage, we knew in advance exactly the day that each tradesman would come to work. They were all reliable, pleasant men and most impressive of all, cleaned up at the end of each work day so we could continue to live comfortably in the home despite all the building disruption. Andy was very responsive to any queries and in his planning he ensured we always had one workable bathroom. He made sure materials were delivered in advance ready for the different workmen and checked their progress daily. Their level of workmanship skills was very high and two years later we have had no problems. Was worth paying the extra to have Andy plan and execute the project so efficiently and to perfection.

Andy Williment from I-Renovate did a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry update for me late 2021. It included the removal of all old plumbing. I found Andy pleasant to work with, well organised both personally and his management of various trades people exceptional. I was happy with the quality of the work and finishes of painting etc. A couple of months after completion of the project a plumbing issue was identified. Andy took charge and the issue was corrected in a timely and appropriate manner. I would recommend Andy, and I would engage Andy again if ever I needed similar work done.

Andy and his team renovated a bathroom for me a few years back. I was so happy with the work, when I moved house I asked him to renovate 2 more bathrooms and replace the garden deck. The workmanship is high quality and Andy is great to deal with. His knowledge and experience hold him in good stead to produce excellent work. Can’t recommend i-Renovate highly enough.
